SHIPPING -

Q: How are publications shipped?
A: Books are shipped by DHL ground delivery (allow 3-5 days) unless next day service is requested at additional charge
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Orders generally ship the same business day if it is submitted prior to 3:00 pm CST. Orders placed on a weekend ship the following Monday. If item is on back order, you are notified immediately.
Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A: Shipping charges are based on the following table:

RETURNS - We honor returns on all coding books and manuals except Fee Manuals and products on Statistics and Benchmarks which are indicated on the web pages.

1. Publications must be returned within 30 days of their delivery.
2. Return shipping and charges are responsibility of buyer.
Returns should be shipped via UPS, DHL or Fed Ex.
3. A full credit or refund will be applied minus shipping charges if returned in original condition.
4. A restocking charge may apply if:
(a) Product returned is not in original condition
(b) Product is returned after 30 days
(c) Three or more different products are returned
